Responsibilities:

• The Web Developer must take responsibility for the design, creation and layout of the website.
• Translating a client's marketing or informational content into a functional website.
• Mapping or outlining a website's structural content.
• Determining all coding requirements for site creation including: e-commerce capability, forms and specialized scripts.
• Creating templates of approved website layout.
• Coding website using HTML, or GUI design software.
• Coordinating with programmers for specialized scripts.
• Integrating verbal content with site design for final product.
• Posting completed site to internet server using FTP software.
• Making changes to the site directed by client. 
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Fine Arts, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Knowledgeable in Flash, Dreamweaver, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Photoshop.
• Windows and web server management a plus
• At least 2 years working experience as a web designer or content editor
• Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule.
• Web/Internet marketing background or experience is an advantage.
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills
• Deadline-oriented
